my cloud is taking 10 gigs of memory on my phone, I cleared the cache (several times), lowered it to 1 gb, made sure there was no downloaded content and did a hard reset… Any other ideas?
Were you able to confirm the used space related to app itself as opposed to previously-downloaded files? Try completely uninstalling the app in order to confirm.
yep, deleting the app cleared the storage.
