hi when i try to log in my iPhone its tell me my cloud no account

but when i open a web page it log in fine even my daughters mac wont let her log n can anybody help please

do you have a my cloud or a my cloud home? They use two different apps with different databases. Make sure you are using the correct app for the product you ahve.
