The Auto backup from my Iphone to Mycloud has been working well for both Pictures and Videos. On photos if I “view by date” under photo tab, it will help organized the photo separated by years and months. On video it puts it all in the “untitled” folder. It makes it very difficult for me to find the recent backup videos, since it does not have date taken information. I have to scroll down the page for like about 5 mins to just to get to the latest video. I have backup dated back to 2010, I see that video after 2015, mycloud auto back no longer get the data taken information.
Does anyone else have this issue or have a solution to get the video date taken information?
