iPhone app issue - Help
I reset my password on my system didn’t transfer over to my iPhone app. I was told to take these steps below and it’s not working.
Please help

turn off system - boot it back up
delete the app reinstall
delete all browsing history
scan my QR code

When I do it it It will not allow me to log in with my info, it wants to set up a whole new system -

I request you to please share serial number and model number of drive and also screenshot of error message to assist in better way.

There is no error message. When I try to set up on my iphone app, it treadest me like a new account, it doens’t allow me to put in my password

There is no error message it forces me to start over, it doesn’t register that I already havan accout
