Hello everyone.
Added some folders to mycloud and it seems like i cannot play some of the mp3 files. per example i can play track 1, 2, 5,7 etc of one folder, but with some of the others i get the message: Unable to play this media file.
I checked on my mac if the file is corrupted, but it works just fine on there. I tried to uninstall and re-install the mycloud app but no change.
Did anyone experience something similar or has an answer to it?

I just tried with my wife’s samsung note 3 and the files work. Can, at this point, the problem be an iPhone-iPad thing?
I hope someone has a solution…
