iPhone 5 cannot connect

Hi

I just bought my WD Home drive yesterday, and the ipad was authorized right away. However when I try to connect through my iphone it keeps telling me that “authorisation revoked”. I have tried different activation codes, reinstalling the app numerous times, turning remote access on/off and is firmware updates. Is there an solution for this or have I bought the wrong NAS ?

Can you please confirm the firmware on the MBL?

You might want to make sure you are typing the correct activation code from the MBL dashboard, the remote access tab.
