iPad login not working; original Windows login and functions work

Setup MyCloud via Windows and login and stuff appear to function normally.
When trying to login via iPad via downloaded ‘WD My Cloud’ iOS app (version 4.4.11 which required iOS 8.0 or later which I have) it repeatedly says ‘Incorrect email or password’ when using same email/password as worked via Windows. Even tried changing password to new password which worked on Windows, but still gives same error on iOS iPad (ver 10.3.2).

Any suggestions?
Does EACH device/computer need a different unique email/login? That would be horrible if it separates the space on MyCloud!!!
