I need an idiots guide how to set up iTunes on my iPad. The manual is too basic. I have copied all of my music on my PC to my Cloud. How do I get my iPad to start looking there? What am I missing?
Did you do the following?

What do you mean? You don’t run iTunes on an iPad… iTunes runs on a PC or Mac only.
If you’re talking about the iTunes SERVER that runs on the Cloud, well, you just turn it on. There’s nothing to configure or set up – and it is not for use on an iPad.
