Ipad connected but no folders

Hi after iOS upgrade i try to see my folders using ipad app , i see my hard disk, i  can connect, i see green hard disk led  but    can’t see anyone folder… With my android telephone everything is ok, i can see All folders… I tried with some users but  do not work… With telephone,pc,notebook ti works.

i tried to remove and reinstall the app but it’s the same end…notino work… Have you some solutions for me?

what version of the app are you installing?

make sure is the latest one

hi, yes… It’s the last one, 2.1.
