Ipad Camera Roll Backup folder reports ZERO files

Me and my wife recently bought a WD Cloud Home.
WE created two users and everything is working fine for me, in my iPhone, my iPad and my desktop computer.
But she has an iPad Camera Roll Backup folder in her WD Cloud disk and it shows as an empty folder.
When she accesses the folder through the web page, it shows all the files inside the iPad Camera Roll Backup folder. But not in the desktop.
All the files that I uploaded to the Family folder also show up correctly in her computer.
It is just the iPad Camera Roll Backup folder that reports zero files, in the Finder.
What can be done so that the files show up correctly?
