Bought this device and it won’t play any of my movies on my iPad. Am I doing something stupid… probably!

No device will play movies on your iPad. Apps do that… and the device AND the files must be compatible with the app you’re using.
which app would you recommend?

Think you guessed but I was referring to the WD My Cloud device.
I was to that all my movies and TV programs could be magically beamed to my iPad anywhere in the world.
I downloaded the WD app as instructed, dumped all my data on the MyCloud but when I came to watching them only 99% of the videos worked.
Just wondered where I’m going wrong.
Please post the full TEXT output of MEDIAINFO for a file that doesn’t work.
