I have a couple Foscams and DLink cameras, anyone know how to get them to save to the WD?
Also, my speed when watching a movie that is on the WD is really slow. It has to buffer every few seconds. Is there a way to speed that up?

I’m guessing you’re using wireless. If so, there’s not much you can do except improve your wireless connection.
Any progress with sending images/video to WD My Cloud? I have just installed the My Cloud and having a problem with sending data from a Trivision NC-336W camera. To set up the camera/storage connection, the camera needs the IP address of My Cloud along with the folder path on the drive. However, it appears there is no way to access the folders with an IP address. Plugging the IP address in a browser directs it to the Dashboard of My Cloud. Any suggestions anyone?
