my ip address has moved 1 number now i cant access my files and yes I’m using my correct user login details how do i get access other than the secure web page files.mycloud.com

If you are talking about your broadband IP address changing then you may need to access the My Cloud Dashboard > Settings and turn off Remote Access/Cloud Access. Wait a few minutes, then re-enable it. the problem is you can generally only access the My Cloud Dashboard while on the same local network or if using VPN to the local network the My Cloud is on.
