iOS WD My Cloud app - Authentication Revoked

Brand new EX2 Ultra 12tb drive, no issues with the drive; using the iOS WD My Cloud app, ~ every 3 days I receive an Authentication Revoked message and unable to connect to my drive outside my home network. Support seems to have corrected the issue with the web access, but so far no luck with the iOS app. Anyone have recommendations, advice, solutions on this issue? Thank you.

Your problem is common with most ALL My Cloud devices. I have fixed it many times on my device. The very short answer is your NAS and router need to connect again, so here is a quick fix for now – do NOT reboot your router now,but DO REBOOT YOUR My Cloud and after reboot the NAS and router will be in sync.
