How long does the initial auto backup take to complete? I noticed that it keeps stopping (the amount transferred doesn’t change) and I have to close down the app and start over. Thanks!
I have set my iPhone to not auto-lock as well…
How is the connection established? Is your WD My Cloud in the same local (WiFI) network as your phone? Is the backup interrupted when the phone remains active instead of sleep mode?
