I have a My Cloud EX2 Ultra, OS5 5.18.117.
I use it mostly with apple devices: MacBooks and iPhones.
My Cloud (latest version) is set up on my iPhone (iOS 15.2).
The Files integration is turned on, so the My Cloud appears in the native Files sheet.
Recently I have noticed that often copying a file through the native Files integration fails.
For example, I saved a pdf document from Safari this morning onto my My Cloud. The file is listed on Finder (reading the Shares), the generic pdf icon appears, a size is shown up but no thumbnail. When I try to open it with Preview, it reads that the file does not exist… (see below)
Has anyone had the same kind of issue?
