I run the WD Mycloud App on my iPad (latest os). I find it a bit annoying that I have to scroll through the intro and log in every time I open the app, even if its running in the background. Does anyone know a way around this?
Hello,
normally you log in the first time you use the app, and from there you do not need to log in again. Have you tried installing the app again on the iPad?
