Invite Cloud Access

Morning All,

I keep running into the same issue allowing users Cloud Access.

I set up a user, create a share for the user, go to Cloud Access and the Invite button is disabled. I logged into my “My Cloud” account and don’t see any option to Invite?

What am I missing?

To fix the issue with the disable Invite button in MY Cloud, log in as the administrator just like when you created the user. Then, in the Cloud Access tab, click on your admin user and sign in to your cloud account to enable the invitation button. Only the Device Owner can invite users, so make sure you’re logged in with the correct credentials.
