Invalid Promotional Voucher Code on UK store

I’m in the UK, I signed up for WD’s newsletter on the UK site and received the confirmation email,

The reply included a 10% off voucher code. Encouraged, I ordered up a few hard drives but the voucher keeps coming up with “Invalid promo code”

I tried new HD’s plus the Recertified HDs, but the code worked with neither.

How do I get this to work, or do I just abandon the order?
