Invalid Password!

While entering my password, it showing me that it is invalid!!! How come! I recently did computer formatting, without formatting my passport, then I tried to open my passport with my password, but noway!!! It informing me; invalid password!!!

The pw hint is "EMAIL " but i remember my password well and it contains letters and numbers. However, it showing me that it is invalid
