Interruptions during video streaming

Hello,
I have WD MyCloudEX2Ultra NAS with OS5 and Internet 100/3 MB/s. When I stream videos on my Androind phone with My Cloud app, I face continuous interruptions every 2-20 seconds for 2-10 seconds, but when I connect through Wi-Fi it works ok. Does it means that I have problems with the internet? If 3MB/s upload speed is not enough? Before update when I had OS3 the problem looked differently: it was working well for 2-20 minutes and then stuck forever. Please any ideas.

I have made different experiences and found that in most cases it depends on quality of the video.
Are there any recommendations what is the suitable quality for my case? Is there any solution (app?) that could manage quality of the video while streaming? I tried Plex, it just didn’t work for me.
