Internet crash!

Hello there!

I just got a Mybook live 2tb and almost all functions work :slight_smile:

I just got one BIG problem!

When i transfers a large amount of data (500x5gb or files 6-20 gb) from my MacBook pro to Mybooklive all my connections crashes after about 10-30 min and my file transfer closes.

I cant see mybook live and my connection to the internet is gone - after a router (Linksys E1000) restart its all fine, but again when i transfer big files my stuff is crashing.

Any help?

Is your E1000’s FW up to date?    The problem sounds like it’s with the router, not the MBL…
