My MacBook is running with IOS High Sierra 10.13.4. I cannot access to my cloud home with internal server error. Could anyone help me ?
I can only use web base sign in to WD.

Are you getting same error message while using another web browser to sign in to My Cloud Home?
I can log in WD using web browser Safari.
But, I can’t access through WD apps after upgrade IOS Yosemite and above.
I am facing exactly the same problem. Till yesterday my new WD My Cloud 4TB device was working well on WD Discovery but since last night it is giving “Internal Server Error”.
I can access it through web browser and through phone as well.
I have the same problem with my iMac. I can only log on via the web browser. Did you end up with a sollution?
