hello i have the same problem how i run a comand in linux? i type this  /usr/local/sbin/factoryRestore.sh noreformat but dosent work i think because the unit doesnt do anithing and i cant see anithing in the dashboard, i hope you can help me because  how i life in Venezuela  i cant use the RMA
