The internal Micro B USB connection on my My Book Essential has dislodged from the solder points on the board. The unit is 4 years old an out of warranty. Is it possible to purchase a replacement board?
You can try on ebay or other stores like that but unfortunately wd does not sell those parts :mansad: keep in mind that it needs to be the same part. Also you can try with data recovery companies
