Internal backup job fails

Hi,

I have three shares on my WDMyCloudEX2, and I’m trying to use the “internal backup” feature to back them up to a fourth share. Of the three, two will back up successfully, the third fails. I’m guessing there’s a file/directory on that share that is causing the failure. Is there a log that I can get at via SSH login to look at?

Hi, you don’t need to access the drive via SSH yo get to the logs, you can click on the question mark in the top right and then click on support, from there you will have an option that will allow you to create and save the logs of the drive in your computer.
