Intermittent "Network Link down" notification since firmware upgrade

Hello,
My EX2 Ultra is sending me frequent (at least a few per week) email notification about “Network link down” (event 1002) since firmware upgraded to 2.31.183. This never happened before.
EX2 Ultra is wired to my router next to it. NAS was originally using reserved DHCP address, I turned it into static address as a test but it did not change anything.

Any idea? Also, is there any way to test (From the NAS) the network speed?

You can try 40 second reset in order to resolve such issue and manually upgrade the firmware of the My Cloud device to resolve such issue with the device.

You can refer the link given below to perform the 40 second reset on the My Cloud EX2 Ultra device.

It is recommended to upgrade the firmware as it has lots of improvement.
