Instructions for single user backup of multiple computers

I routinely use different computers to run different applications and would like to backup data files on each computer to my recently acquired My Cloud Home Duo. The User Manual and Mobile App describe how to allow different users to access and share files and how to add tablets, smartphones, and streaming devices, but I cannot find any instructions about how to properly add and routinely backup files from multiple Windows 10 computers operated by a single user. If anyone in the WD Community has done this, I’d appreciate knowing the steps employed. Thank you!
