Installing WD Discover

Just got the Mycloud duo home and was installing wd discover and these 2 screens pop up not sure what they mean. But anyway I am not able to backup anything from my computer.

Got a HP all-in-one with windows 10

Looks like one of the options might have to take a close look will let you know if it works thanks for the help.
