Inform/help me please,
I’ve just bought the WD My passport and i have some trouble.
When i connect the device to the Mac it is bein recognised but i cannot access the installers for Windows/ Mac. I accessed it once and after this, i still cannot access it again.
So i went on a search online and i downloaded the english version for mac. When i again install the software i cannot access the ‘back up’-tab and the ‘retrieve’-tab.
on a windows xp laptop, the device is seen in Windows Explorer BUT it is unaccessable…
could some inform me please
