Installing "My Dashboard"

I have a My Cloud Home and when I installed it using WD Discovery I never saw the “My Dashboard” install. How can I get this to be accessible on my Windows 10 machine?

The My Cloud Home does not support a web browser (NAS Type) dashboard.
