Installing Java / JRE and jDownloader on EX2 EX4

Hi,

I am trying to install jDownloader to my EX2 and run it headless on the NAS.

I´ve copied everything and decompressed it via Putty.
After that i wanted to start java, but i don´t know how :sweat_smile:
I´ve already searched the internet for some advices how to start it with putty, but i didn`t find something helpful.
Has anybody realised to install jDownloader on EX2 or 4 yet?
Is there a good TUT for installing Java or Jdownloader?
By the way, i am a Linux noob and I´m not very familiar with the commandlines

There’s no official documentation available with regards to what you are trying to accomplish since such proceedings are not warranted or supported by Western Digital. Hopefully an experienced User will be able to assist.
