I am attempting to load password elite into XP. aT “APPLICATION iNSTALLER” I see " unable to launch J:\WDsync.exe".  Downloading updates and unzipping them did not resolve the issue.


try calling up the Support and tell them the issues they would send a link to the email which will have a diffrent mirror download from there own server…
