Just purchased 3TB unit. Connected to router. Powered up. Solid blue light on unit. Port activity where ethernet calbe plugs in. Windows 7 Pro. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Not meaning to state the obvious, but, before you start trying a bunch of things, havve you considered following the instructions… calling WD support?
