Hi all, I installed my WD Passport ultra 1tb on my (Windows xp pro) computer and after installation when I am trying to launch WD Smartware, the message saying - initialization of wd smartware home content threw an exception - appears, and wd smartware does not start. I can access wd drive utilities and wd security without problem. Thank you for your help, Best regards Danny
