What WD device do you own? Try this and see what happens. Make sure you check to see that they work with your device.

I use WD My Passport 4TB and WD My Passport 2TB. I tried but it didn’t work. I also don’t think it’s about devices. Because I can see the devices, but I cannot download the softwares.
