Just connected a brand new WD MY PASSPORT to my MacBook and got an error message INSTALLATION FAILED ‘We are experiencing issues. Please try again later.’
What the hell? Any ideas

It seems that issue may be caused due to failed installation of driver in MacBook. Did you face same issue while connecting My Passport to another computer?
