Install new HDDs into My Book Duo Thunderbolt

Can anyone please tell me… is there a maximum capacity of HDD that can be installed into a My Book Duo Thunderbolt device? I’m wanting to replace both my HDDs as they’re pretty old so I may as well increase capacity :slight_smile:

You can only replace the drives through the RMA process. The drives are “married” to the external enclosure.
