When I backed up my C drive desktop for the first time, no folders on the desktop with names starting after H were backed up. Inside the largest folder, no files with names stating after G were backed up and the same behavior happened with all files in the folders I checked.
This happened with a manual backup and was repeated when I made a second manual backup. And I definitely selected both all the folders that were backed up and all the folders that weren’t backed up. I’ve got a 1 TB easydrive.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this?
After consulting the WD Online learning center I discovered the sleep timer was shutting down the drive in the middle of the backup. I turned the timer off and the full backup completed successfully.
