Hey guys, I just got the WD My Book Live and I’m trying to figure out all the features and see if I want to keep it. I’ve updated the firmware and registered for WD2Go but after I log in I’m brought to a page that says Inactive Plug-In but I don’t see a link to download the mysterious plug-in and when I try another browser I recieve the same error message. Sure this is quick fix but any help would be great. Thanks!
Have you installed Java on your pc, yet? I believe the My Book Live requires the Java Plugin to work.
Bill’s right, you NEED Java running on your computer for web access, if your browser is not giving you the option to install/update the plugin, then get it from the source http://java.com/en/
