Inaccessible_Boot_Device error when WD SSD Blue device is connected

I am trying to clone my Dell laptop onto my WD SSD Blue Device and receive a Inaccessible_Boot_Device message after the laptop reboots. I used the Acronis True Image sw to clone by device.

I can see that the data moved over to the SSD device. When I disconnect the SSD from the USB connection, the laptop is able to boot up properly.

I have erased the data via the Dashboard tool and tried again to no avail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It could be a problem related to the USB enclosure your are using to house your WD Blue SSD during the cloning process. Some external enclosures an interfere with system cloning.
