Improper DIV tag usage in posts that have CODE PREs

Look at the HTML for it, and you’ll see lots of DIV tags, but only after the first usage of a PRE tag for CODE insertion.

Those

and
tags screw up Line Breaks and mess up the formatting of the final text.

The only way to insert additional breaks is to go into the HTML and REMOVE the DIV tags so that

The Master Browser…

When I go do that, the RICH TEXT window takes the update, but as soon as I hit POST, it takes the additional line break back out.

In order to fix that, I have to go DELETE the

tags and re-do the Line Break (which basically adds:

or I can just go manually insert a

Either way, the text formatting won’t work unless I intervene manually.

You’re right.  I’ll look into this to make sure that we’re not just stuck with manually editing the html, even though I think that’s going to be the case.
