Impossible to read files on WD Elements Play WDBACC0010HBK-00

Hi community
Hi have a WD Elementes Play, code WDBACC0010HBK-00. The Hard Disk has broken and I replace it by a new one. Now I Can’t read any files from it, the System send the message **“Unable to detect the internal hard dysk. Please check”. Is there anybody that can help me on this? Many thanks.
