Impossible to access the dashboard After device name changed

Hi, I was accessing my cloud ext2 ultra through the ip in the browser to the dashboard. as soon as I changed the device name the dashboard became unreachable. What may have happened?. I’ve read around that it could be hosts file problem on my pc.
