Importing video problems

My Cloud downloading video? The single bay My Cloud does not generally “download” anything other than firmware. Rather it is the program or software one uses to access the My Cloud that is downloading the file FROM the My cloud or copying/uploading the file TO the My cloud.

What OS are you using? Mac, Windows, iOS, Android, Linux, other?
What program, software or app are you using to access the My Cloud that is having the trouble?
Are you connected to the My Cloud through your local network or accessing the My Cloud remotely?
What firmware version is your My Cloud using and have you updated to the latest version?
