I'm trying to use my passprort ultra as a thumb drive but it won't let me click and drag files onto it

Im a sound engineering student, and I have files from school that i want to put onto my passport and take them home so i can work on my projects here. But it won’t let me click and drag my files to it. i just got it, any ideas?

Are you using this drive on a Mac or a PC? The issue might be the file system you are using on the drive and the operating system on your computer.
