Brand new EX2 Ultra 12tb drive, no issues with the drive; using the iOS WD My Cloud app, ~ every 3 days I receive an Authentication Revoked message and unable to connect to my drive outside my home network. Support seems to have corrected the issue with the web access, but so far no luck with the iOS app. Anyone have recommendations, advice, solutions on this issue? Thank you.
Try to check after rebooting the My Cloud EX2 Ultra in this concern.
If issue still persists, remove the My Cloud Mobile app from the dashboard by clicking the delete icon and readd the device using the activation code which you will receive on your registered email account.
