Well after waiting for a very long time it looks as if WD team dont care about up dating the Firmware Ver. 1.01.10 so we can get thume nails to work in folders just to let you guys know you can add me to the P*** O** list with the WD Team dont think ill be recomending this to any more of my Costomers after selling 50 WD Elements Play

Have you contacted WD? Did they say anything in regards to a firmware update?
