What specific My Cloud unit do you have?
What is wrong with the unit?
If a single bay/single drive My Cloud, is the unit powered on and connected to the network router? If so what color is the front LED?
If a My Cloud device (not My Cloud Home as that is a different device), can you access the My Cloud Dashboard?
If the My Cloud is connected to the local network and its front LED is blue and Windows PC’s cannot access the My Cloud, then ensure SMB1.0/CIFS is enabled within Windows. Microsoft disables this setting.
