I want to delete redundant backups

Purchased a WD my book elite with the smartware.

I must admit that it has appeared to be trouble free…BUT… how do I delete redundant folders/files that are no longer required, to free up disc space.

It would appear that_ _I will have to use the utility to completely wipe the drive and start over again and knowing my luck that’s when the drive crashes.

Any help would be appreciated…

I just joined this board to find out that very solution.  I have a ton of duplicate file/pictures/videos and I want them off without having to do it manually.  Have you made any headway?

No progress as yet, WD support are being very helpful a usual and ignoring your help requests.(probably dont have the answer).
